When my friend and I pulled into the courthouse parking lot this morning, I saw the back of my daughter in shackles and chains and it shook me to tears. It still does to even type this. She didn't realize what she was getting herself into when she landed in the courtroom of Judge George Davis, Juvenile Judge. He is the toughest judge ever.

What happened? I still don't know, it happened so fast. All I know is she isn't coming home, and there is a court date for July 7th. She is going to I think some place called Gateway, a secure juvenile facility. The charges were read off, the lawyers conferred, and he lowered the boom. I was told by this lady who represented my daughter, a public defender, that he allows no talking in his courtroom unless he is directing it. I didn't get to say one thing, neither did my daughter. It's as if this man is feared. Even the court desginated worker tried to give him recommendations for perhaps her to come home with stipulations, but after learning that the cops were involved four times, he directed no questions to me, or to my daughter, and it was over that quick. I do know I get visitation, but my car doesn't run, so that's going to be a problem, and I don't really have someone I can count on. I am sure Bobbi doesn't realize what happened either.

When I got home, I realized that it is going to cost one thousand to $1200 dollars to get my car fixed. It needs a new motor. It might as well be 10,000 dollars cause I don't have it.

All in all this has been a really sad day for me. I can only hope that my daughter is going to get the help she needs so desperately.
